"Handfuls of Purpose" is our food bank and charity ministry.  We keep on hand a supply of food and personal care products for those needing assistance.

If you need the help of our charity ministry:

  • We offer non-perishable food items and toiletries.
  • You may come in by appointment, or delivery is available within the Charleston and Mattoon city limits.

If you would like to help our charity ministry:

  • We gladly accept food, product, or cash donations any time by appointment, or pickup is available within the Charleston and Mattoon city limits.
  • Checks should be made out to "Calvary Baptist Church" and can be mailed to:  7700 NCR 1200 E, Charleston, IL  61920.
